I'm a repeat customer that tried to call in to make an appointment because I was in a hurry n couldn't wait 45mins plus to get a cut, but was told they can't take reservations over the phone n that I have to download the app or go on the website n create an account to log in and make an appointment. It is ridiculous they make it so hard to try n get a cut appt..especially for the higher prices they charge. Any business that has this level of customer service n appreciation of their customers time does not deserve my patronage.
